Datta is a unique poem, which alludes to topics, emotions and states of mind of all human beings. Life is " shwetatva, " yet the one, true God is " asmartha (Ishwar). Datta is an offering to the Lord on the occasion of Agni Pournima in the month of Margashirsha Tishra (July-August).
Dattatreya is a remarkable book by Pandit Dattatreya explaining various states of mind, emotions and attributes of man. The book, written in Marathi, was published in 1969. Each section of the book has a song which helps in the easy understanding of the context. The songs are rendered by Pandit Pankaj Chaurasia. Apart from the knowledge of Dattatreya, the songs also impart a glimpse of the Pandit's versatile music style. d2c66b5586
